"Color and Light is a fun unit, because there is so much to it. The color at the beginning, and then we move on to shadows, which is probably my favorite part, and then we do things with the stars and constellations. It's very exciting."

Each module comprises 6 to 10 weeks of coherent curriculum that is sequentially structured so as to build children's understanding of the topic and to support ongoing practice of the cycle of scientific reasoning. The order of presentation of the modules is structured to achieve greater complexity across the school year.
